Safe to Eat Raw Cookie Dough

{DO NOT BAKE!!}

I tried this yummy goodness and decided to post it for my prego sister and friends. When I was pregnant with my daughter I just wanted to eat cookie dough all the time and this is perfect because it doesn't contain eggs.

1 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1/4 c. milk
1/2TBSP vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. choc. chips

In large bowl cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add pudding{3 oz box} and stir well. Add milk, vanilla, and baking soda. Slowly mix in flour until smooth. Dough will be slightly sticky. Stir in choc. chips and chill. DO NOT BAKE!

*Here's the most fun and delicious part that you HAVE to try...
To make truffles{Yes I said TRUFFLES!}
form chilled dough into balls and freeze. Dip balls in melted chocolate and chill again to set. I dipped in both white and milk chocolate and I LURVED the white chocolate which says a lot because those of you that know me know that I'm not a fan of white chocolate. I'm just sayin...
